Shipping Information

Orders are processed once payment is confirmed, orders generally take up to 30 days to make in the studio before being shipped or available for store pickup.

We offer the following delivery options listed below:

Local Store Pickup
Online orders are available for in store pick up fore free without any shipping fee

Standard Domestic Delivery
Items are available for registered shipping within Israel via Israeli postal service. Estimated delivery time is 3-7 business days. This option is not insured.

EMS – Standard International Delivery
Items are available for shipping to the USA, Europe and Australia via EMS (Israeli international postal service).

Estimated delivery time is 10-14 business days.

Once we ship your package we will send you an email with a tracking number so you may monitor the status of your package online.

DHL – Insured International Delivery

Estimated delivery time is 3-5 business days.

Tax Charges
Products shipped outside of Israel may be obligated to charges enforced by local regulation. Therefore the recipient of the products is responsible for all customs and import duties required for the export of their goods.

Any additional taxes, fees or other charges required to clear the parcel through customs will also be paid in full by the recipient.
